Convert these hours to billable rates or to focus regained on real work — either way, the value is real.Pick the one task you repeat every week. An app can take it over before this week is out.

Start with what you're already paying

That tool you pay hundreds a month for —
it doesn't even fit you.

If you're paying for unused features, hacking around mismatches, and bending to someone else's design — build a version that actually fits you. If others share the pain, you can sell it.

Pay only for what you use

Are you using just two or three features of that ₩300K/mo tool? Build an app that does only those. Watch fixed costs drop overnight.

Your workflow, exactly as it is

Tired of exporting spreadsheets just to re-import them so they fit someone else's design? An app that follows your flow has no detours. The fields you want, the buttons you want, the alerts you want.

e.g. Booking SaaS → tailored for pet funeral homes
BONUS

You're not the only one with this pain

Once you've built it for yourself, sell it to others with the same problem. Add a domain and billing — now it's a product. Small niches can become small (or steady) income.

Your tool → your product · potential MRR

The SaaS era defaulted to "use what someone else built." Now you can default to "build what solves your problem." fingr ships the first version within a day, for free.

Example · Rainbo (pet funeral home ops)

Booking, billing, and CRM bundled into a domain-specific SaaS. Agency quote was around ₩8M / 3 weeks; fingr beta delivered a same-day initial version, free — letting them validate viability before committing.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of apps can I build?
Web SaaS, internal ops tools, simple marketplaces, dashboards, automations — most things at the "first version" level. The cases above (ripora · replai · closio · tutori · rainbo) were all built through this pipeline.
Who owns the finished app?
You do. During the beta we host it on fingr infrastructure, and we'll hand over the source code on request.
Why free during beta?
We're shipping a wide range of idea types to refine the pipeline, so we don't charge yet. Scope and pace stay under James's judgment.
How do revisions and feature additions work?
James handles them directly during the beta. Once the beta ends, a monthly maintenance plan will go live — priced reasonably against agency maintenance.
What about hosting and a domain?
fingr infrastructure during the beta. We provide a fingr.io subpath (`fingr.io/<your-app>`) by default, and we'll help you connect a custom domain on request.
Are there requests you'd turn down?
Anything risky, illegal, or spammy is auto-rejected. We may also pause requests that exceed beta scope due to complexity or regulated domains (payment settlement, healthcare, etc.) — we'll tell you and decide together.

That task? You don't have to do it yourself anymore.
