fingr provides AI-powered application development services. Our service includes:

• Free test deployment on our servers
• Unlimited free revisions until you're satisfied
• Pay-only-when-satisfied pricing model based on code volume

3. User Obligations

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required only when you are completely satisfied with the final product. Pricing is calculated based on the amount of code written. Unpaid projects may be made publicly available in our gallery after a certain period.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon payment, you receive full ownership of the source code. Before payment, all intellectual property rights remain with HEY JAMES, Inc.

6. Limitation of Liability

HEY JAMES, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service.
