1. Acceptance of terms

These terms govern your use of Brightway Tutoring (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

2. Definitions

“You” means anyone who uses the Service. “Content” means text, photos, files and anything else you post to the Service.

3. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version in the Service at least 7 days before it takes effect (30 days for changes that affect you materially).

4. Accounts

You need an account to use most features. Keep your login details safe. You must be at least 13 years old to sign up.

5. The service

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7. We may pause it for maintenance or outages and will let you know in advance when we can.

6. Your responsibilities

Don't use someone else's account, post unlawful content, or interfere with how the Service runs.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may warn, suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by events outside our control or by your own actions. You're responsible for the content you post.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
